Shipping & Delivery
At BMG, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the US. For orders under $50, a flat fee of $14 will be applied. We use plain and discreet packaging to ensure your privacy. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Site. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
