Shipping & Delivery
At Blair Medical Group, orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Orders are packaged plainly and discreetly. International customers must select the International Shipping option during checkout. Once shipped, tracking information is sent by email when available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery after contacting Blair Medical Group for return authorization. Opened products are not eligible for return, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from an error by Blair Medical Group. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
